Responses
The best thoughts and ideas often come from those who are on the
front-line. The “Make A Suggestion” initiative allows
managers and staff to submit ideas throughout the year that will
assist the Business and Finance Division in being better at what
we do. Ideas could include ways to cut costs, reduce waste, or improve
processes or customer satisfaction. All suggestions are reviewed
by the Balanced Scorecard Implementation Team and forwarded to the
appropriate department manager for consideration and implementation.
All submitted ideas and responses will be posted on this website.
As
these initiatives are implemented, this page will serve as the main
mechanism for communicating the intent of the initiatives and provide
updates on their progress.
