Discover the guidelines for procurement, web accessibility, instructional materials and training to meet the Accessible Technology goals of the CSU.
Transforming Course Design (TCD) Improves student learning outcomes and, when possible, reduces cost through a systemwide program for redesigning course curriculum and pedagogy.
Systemwide Learning Management System (LMS) Initiative Learn about the analysis of learning management services and evaluation of learning management systems both proprietary and open source that the CSU is investigating. Learn about the RFP process underway and find the campus leaders in LMS activities.
Online Degree Programs Discover all online BA/BS, MA/MS and credential degree programs offered across the CSU system.
Teaching Commons: ePortfolio Provides web-based guidelines, resources and tools for planning and implementing the use of e-portfolios in the CSU.
CSU-MERLOT Mobile Learning Portal Provides a library of strategies and plans for using mobile devices and apps in teaching and learning, a library of faculty development "best practices" for faculty and staff to design and use mobile app, and a library of mobile apps designed and used for educational purposes.
MERLOT Journal for Online Learning and Teaching (JOLT) Provides FREE online journal of peer reviewed research and case studies on the effective use of Academic Technology in teaching and learning.
MERLOT Pedagogy Portal Provides a collection of online resources concerning teaching strategies, learners and learning theory, instructional design, teaching challenges, assessment and evaluation.
MERLOT Online and Hybrid Courses Portal Provides a collection of online resources to aide institutional planning and course development for online and hybrid environments.
MERLOT Communities Provides a collection of over 20 disciplined based portals for sharing teaching strategies, learning materials, links to professional development resources beyond MERLOT and showcasing exemplary online resources.
MERLOT ELIXR Provides a discipline oriented web-based resource that illustrates exemplary teaching practices and inspires faculty to adopt those practices.
