Statistical Reports 2009-2010

The release of the CSU Graduate and Undergraduate 2009-10 Application on October 1, 2008, marked the beginning of the transition to a new data collection process for ethnic and race data that was mandated by the Federal Government. Perhaps the biggest change is that students can now self-identify with multiple racial groups. During fall 2009 and winter 2010 we will be working on establishing a common set of ethnic categories to describe both new and continuing students. This conversion is the reason that at this time we are unable to provide a posting date for this Statistical Report.

Before the end of the 2009-10 college year, continuing students will be resurveyed with the new ethnic and race questions. So in 2010-11, all ethnic and race data listed in the Statistical Reports will reflect the new data collection process.
