Financial Aid Filing Date Approaches

March 2, 2005 is the deadline for applying for a Cal Grant and the priority filing date that most CSU campuses use for awarding financial aid administered at the campus level.

The period for filing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) began on January 1, 2005 for students who want to be considered for financial aid for the 2005-06 award year. Anyone who anticipates requiring assistance in order to enroll at a postsecondary educational institution during 2005-06 should plan to complete and file the FAFSA by March 2, 2005.
