Produced 2,700 barrels in 2009, 4,300 in 2010, and surpassed 6,000 barrels in 2011.
Produces 13 award-winning microbrews that are sold internationally in Japan, New Zealand and England in addition to 13 states domestically.
Reached $3 million in sales in 2010.
