• Currently is president of Anthem Blue Cross, providing insurance services to over 8 million individuals and employees of California-based companies, focusing on improving the health of California communities.
• Through Anthem Blue Cross and its foundation, championing the fight against the childhood obesity epidemic, including a pilot program that will bring fresh fruits and vegetables to schools in underserved communities.
• Board member of the California Association of Health Plans, the California Chamber of Commerce, and Adaptive Business Leaders.
• Active history of participation in various California charities, including March of Dimes board member and event support for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
