- Nominated twice for an Emmy in Outstanding Achievement in Casting. Recently nominated for an Emmy for the pilot of Glee.
- Received an award for media access for a career of casting actors with disabilities. Awarded certificate of recognition from State Senator Alex Padilla for helping to promote diversity in the entertainment industry.
- Nominated 12 times for Casting Society of America awards. Recently won CSA award for Best Television Pilot Comedy for Glee.
- Married to CSU alumna Kim Johnson Ulrich, actress on As The World Turns and Passions, in addition to numerous guest star appearances.
