• In 1983, founded Soy Vay, a gourmet Asian sauce, marinade and dressing company. Business developed with partner Heidi Chien, while he was still a student at Humboldt State.
• After gaining national recognition for his award-winning line of sauces in 2000, dedicated his efforts full time to his growing business.
• Today, sales continue to grow both nationally and internationally, and Soy Vay products can be found in both national chain and specialty food stores.
• Soy Vay products are certified kosher, and the soy oil is certified organic.
