1. Call to Order
   Vice President and Chair Kim Gannon called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.

2. Self-Introductions
   Committee members introduced themselves stating their names, their position (alumni director or an alumni volunteer), and campus representation.

3. Program Planning
   
   1. March Program
      1. How to raise additional financial resources through effective contract negotiations and/or sponsorship packages.
         1. Possible speakers-Regina Sanborn from ASU and Randi Moore were suggested.
         
         
         
         2. Topics-What not to miss in negotiations; how to leverage your campus value; and the top 10 ways to increase your $$ earned.
      2. Sue Anderson volunteered to collect samples of sponsorship packets to distribute at March meeting.
      
      
      
      3. List of Resources on Alumni Council web page: Kim/Marge will send an e-mail to AC members to review and update the list of resources and add to it.

      1. Board Development/Non-profit Management
         1. Consider brining in outside speaker
         
         
         
         2. Jim Riding agreed to help with this program
         
         
         
         3. Items to highlight include benchmarking and board recruitment
