Lori A. Redfearn is assistant vice chancellor of Advancement Services for the California State University Office of the Chancellor, providing strategic leadership for the CSU's 23 universities by encouraging systemwide best practices, performance benchmarking and accountability standards. She also serves as vice president for the CSU Foundation.

Redfearn is a lifetime member of the CSU Fullerton alumni association and a founding board member of the Nonprofit Professionals Alumni Chapter, which encourages students to seek careers in public service.

My best college experience
Serving as chair of the Associated Students and vice chair of the Titan Student Union.
My favorite professor
Dr. Barbara Stone, Political Science; such a great storyteller.
My first job out of college
Assistant to the executive director of Community Service Programs.
My proudest moment
Watching a young woman whom I supported with scholarship dollars get a job in philanthropy and present her company's scholarship to another CSU student.
