Kelley Ogden, Manager of Operations and Administration in the Office of Advocacy and State Relations (ASR), is the day-to-day budget, personnel and operations manager. Through direct supervision of the support unit, she is responsible for administrative services in addition to general management of projects and off site conferences and meetings.

Before coming to ASR, Kelley was the Confidential Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Governmental and Civic Affairs at Sacramento State. In this position, she worked with campus administrators, students, legislators and community organizations to effectively manage all administrative needs of the department. Previously, Kelley was a manager for the Houston Ballet, running operations for a multimillion dollar box office. She has also worked for numerous community, arts and nonprofit organizations, including the Houston Museum of Natural Science and Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago.

Originally from Texas, Kelley holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from DePaul University in Chicago and is an accomplished actress and local theater producer.
