Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the event date. Guests arriving prior to this time will be accommodated as soon as possible.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-outs (2:00 PM) must be individually arranged with the front desk.

Reservations:
A block of rooms has been reserved under Campus Practices for Student Success Conference for at rate of $90 (plus tax) per night until 10/02/2006. To ensure the special rate, attendees should identify themselves as part of the Campus Practices for Student Success Conference.

The hotel will accept reservations after 10/02/2006 only on a space available basis and rooms will be charged at the then current hotel rates. The quoted room rates are based on scheduled arrival and departure dates. Any room availability for early arrivals or stay-overs will be based on space availability and charged at available hotel rates.

Parking:
Both self and valet parking are available. The current rate for self-parking is $12.00 and valet is $15.00. For those requiring day use parking only to attend the conference, discounted parking is available for $5.00 self and $7.00 valet. This special price requires validation the day of the event and does not include in and out privileges.
