4070  SYSTEMWIDE PROCEDURES

It is desirable from a program management point of view to have 
uniformity/standardization in certain operational aspects of CSU Public 
Safety.  The Statewide University Police Association representatives have 
requested uniformity in several areas.  The areas to be standardized should be 
carefully selected and pursued after full opportunity for input and 
deliberation by campus Public Safety Directors and their respective 
administrators.
