4064.02  SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND POLICE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Reference:  Board of Control Rules 897-897.7.

The CSU furnishes the initial issuance of all safety equipment and police 
protective equipment (hand gun, handcuffs, etc.) required by the CSU.  All 
safety equipment and police protective equipment issued by the CSU remains 
the property of the State.  Items lost or damaged because of employee 
negligence shall be replaced by the employee at the employee's expense.
