4064.01.01  BUDGETING FOR UNIFORMS

Rates of payment for uniforms for employees who are required to wear them 
are determined by Faculty and Staff Relations to be used by the Public Safety 
departments in developing costs for the applicable uniform allowance budget 
allotment.  Submission of campus budget notes for the initial General Fund 
budget projection is requested annually by a Budget Planning letter, which 
includes a schedule of the current rates of payment and a form to be used in 
submitting the campus estimate.
