3822.01  DISENROLLMENT FOR NONPAYMENT OF FEES

A student's registration process is not considered complete until all required 
fees have been paid.  When a student whose fees were deferred in accordance 
with Board of Trustees policy fails to make the necessary payments, the 
student may be disenrolled.  If such action is taken prior to the end of the 
term, the account receivable that may have been established may be written 
off locally.

The campus may require that students disenrolled for nonpayment of fees 
will not be permitted deferment of registration fees in the future.
