3726.14.06  TRAVEL

Travel by staff or students in conjunction with IRA shall be previously 
authorized by the program director or appropriate administrator.  Board of 
Control allowances covering travel expenses will not be exceeded.  Travel 
expense limitations included in Board of Control regulations will not apply to 
competitions staged within twenty-five miles of campus.

Expenditure controls shall be instituted to require persons receiving money 
for a trip to acknowledge with a signed receipt.
