3710.02  TRUST AGREEMENTS

Each trust project must be supported by documentation in accordance with 
SAM, Section 19440.1.  The documentation also shall include any provision 
for financial and account maintenance service charges.

Documentation may take one or more forms, such as a contract with an 
external agency, regulations issued by governmental agencies or the 
Chancellor's Office, a letter of gift acceptance, or a trust agreement.  See
