3112  PROGRAM CHANGE PROPOSALS

In general, PCPs will be limited to estimates of revenue higher than those 
shown on the PMP projection, or to requests for reinstatement of positions or 
operating expense levels which the campus was forced to reduce in the PMP 
presentation in order to stay within anticipated revenue.  Each request must 
be detailed and justified on a separate PCP form (short form) and each form 
numbered in priority order.  Schedule 2 pages reflecting the detail of the 
request must be attached to each PCP form.  However, data cards are not to be 
keypunched or submitted to the Data Center.

After review by the appropriate program area, BPA will keypunch all 
approved PCPs and will update Special Funds master files.
