2808.01.04  BILLING OF BORROWERS

An institution may choose a monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly billing cycle 
using either payment coupons or separate statements sent at least 10 days 
before each due date.  Generally the CSU uses quarterly billings for accounts 
in repayment and current and monthly billings when the borrower is in 
arrears.
