There are three ways to conduct exit interviews with the borrower.  Exit 
interviews are ideally conducted with individual borrowers by members of 
the collection staff.  Group interviews are permissible and are often used.  The 
repayment schedule and a copy of the promissory note(s) must be mailed to 
borrowers who leave the institution without an exit interview.
