2806.09  REGISTRATION FEE DEFERMENT OR CANCELLATION OF 
AWARD

It is permissible to defer registration fee payments for financial aid students.  
The Financial Aid Office should provide an authorized voucher for the 
student to use until financial aid funds are disbursed and their fees paid.  

The Financial Aid Office must ensure that the Business Office is notified of 
students whose awards have been cancelled so that the voucher can be 
cancelled and the student billed directly for fees.  It is recommended that the 
Financial Aid Office notify students in writing that their fees will not be paid 
with financial aid funds and that they must pay the fee themselves or be 
subject to disenrollment.
