The Pell Grant Program provides for two disbursement systems:  the regular 
disbursement system and the alternate disbursement system.  All CSU 
campuses disburse under the regular disbursement system.  The university 
determines the payment periods and dates of disbursement.  A student is 
entitled to receive a Pell Grant up to fifteen calendar days after the end of the 
academic year of enrollment.
