2802.02.01  STATE UNIVERSITY GRANTS (SUG) AND EDUCATIONAL 
OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM (EOP) GRANTS

Notification of these awards is received by the institution from The California 
State University Office of the Chancellor via coded policy letters to 
appropriate institution officers (see SUAM Appendices BA 2986-ABS and BA 
2987-ABS).  The award letters establish the maximum level of funds available 
to the institution and for which the institution will be accountable when the 
funds are requested.
