2100  STUDENT HOUSING

California Code of Regulations.

The California State University Housing System was originally operated by 
the College Auxiliary Enterprise Fund.  Subsequent to the enactment of the 
State University Revenue Bond Act of 1947,

"...all student housing and any other related facilities operated by the College 
Auxiliary Enterprise Fund are hereby designated a 'project' under the State 
University Revenue Bond Act of 1947 and subject to the provisions of that 
act."

Housing facilities within The California State University Housing System 
operated under the authority of the State University Revenue Bond Act of 
1947 (Article 2, Chapter 8, California Education Code) include, but are not 
limited to;

"...any individual or group living unit in a state owned or operated residence 
hall, family dwelling, apartment, trailer or trailer space which is operated 
under the authority of Sections 90000-90002 or Section 90012 of the Education 
Code."

State University Administrative Manual Sections 2100 through 2199 apply to 
student housing facilities administered through the Dormitory Revenue 
Fund under the authority of The California State University Revenue Bond 
Act of 1947.  Policies and procedures related to student housing owned and
