The Fifth Discipline
By Peter M. Senge
Systems thinking (and the five disciplines) have provided a powerful framework for the new WASC Accreditation process, and for creating a learning organization.

CSU Stanislaus Unit Assessment Model CSU Stanislaus uses program review as a means of planning and improvement, to educate constituencies regarding issues facing these units, and to provide maximum flexibility to the program managers to define goals and set targets for performance.
Evaluation of the process and use of those results for the next year is an integral part of developing and refining the policies to
meet the needs of the institution.
