Welcome to the Survey Design Process. The CSU Quality Improvement Program has administered Customer Satisfaction surveys since 1999.

The objective of these surveys is to help campuses identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, identify strengths, and assess progress.

The Survey Design Process will help ensure that your survey is adequately customized to meet your campus situation. In the design process you will have an opportunity to request changes to the individual survey questions or instructions used at your campus.

Status Update: As of 4/2/08 we have completed accepting input/requests for the Spring 2008 round of standard surveys. If you have questions about the process or availability of one of the surveys, please contact Ken DeVane at kdevane@calstate.edu.
