The CSU Measure Library is meant to provide campuses a resource for researching metrics for inclusion in their various scorecards, assessment model or performance management framework. The library is a comprehensive list of what is measured, or has been measured, at other campuses or by the systemwide functional groups.

The CSU Measure Library will be updated quarterly based on new metrics identified by functional groups or campuses.

Note for those utilizing/intending to utilize the pbviews tool to assess performance/outcomes:

Once you have identified metrics and designed your scorecard/model, you should contact the CSU Quality Improvement Program at (562) 951-4524 for assistance in building them in pbviews. Many of the metrics in the Measure Library are in pbviews and can be easily assigned to your scorecard. This eliminates the need for having to recreate the measures and also eliminates any duplicate data entry for your functional representatives who are involved in the systemwide performance measurement initiative.
