High School Students in Los Angeles Get on the Bus as Part of the AT&T/ California State University “Road to College” Tour

Crenshaw High School the First Los Angeles Stop on Statewide Tour Promoting How to Plan for College

 

WHAT: Students will welcome the “Road to College” bus to Crenshaw High School, thanks to the $1.6 million, 4-year “Steps to College Success” effort by California State University and AT&T California to increase college access for students in underserved communities. 

More than 100 students will climb aboard a 40-foot highly-decorated bus complete with internet-ready laptops where students can take virtual tours of all 23 CSU campuses, fill out a college application and receive information on financial aid and scholarships.

A traveling street team of university representatives will be on hand to help the high school groups navigate the web pages and answer questions.

Formal program begins at 10 a.m
