their families in choosing a CSU campus, planning to meet

Requirements
The CSU accepts the top third of all high school graduates,
which is the equivalent of a B average. Specifically, students
with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 and above automatically
qualify for admission. Students with a GPA below a 2.0 do
not qualify for regular admission. Admission of students with
a GPA between 2.0 and 3.0 is determined by a combination of
GPA and standardized test scores.
Entering freshmen are required to have completed a college-preparatory
curriculum that includes four years of English, three years
of mathematics, two years of U.S. history/government, two years of
laboratory science, two years of foreign language study, one year of
visual and performing arts, and one year of college preparatory electives.
