PREAMBLE This Agreement is entered into pursuant to provisions of the Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act by and between the Trustees of The California State University, hereinafter referred to as the CSU or Employer, and the California Federation of the Union of American Physicians and Dentists, hereinafter referred to as the Union. It is the purpose of this Agreement to set forth the wages, hours of employment, and other items and conditions of employment for members of the bargaining unit. |
