Preamble
This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act (Section 3560 et seq. of the California Government Code), by and between the Trustees of The California State University, hereinafter referred to as the Employer or the CSU, and the Statewide University Police Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association. It is the purpose of this Agreement to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences which may arise, and to establish wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment as provided by law. |
