The California State University recognizes the Association as the exclusive
bargaining representative of the employees in CSU's classifications
of Police Officer Cadet (employed as of June 30, 2001), Police Officer,
Corporal and Sergeant covered by this Agreement. Effective July 1, 2001,
Police Officer Cadets employed after June 30, 2001, and all Intermittent
employees are excluded from the bargaining unit. The parties agree that
Retired Annuitants shall continue to be excluded from the bargaining
unit.
