ARTICLE 6 NON-DISCRIMINATION 6.1 Pursuant to Federal and State laws and regulations, and Trustee policy, it is the policy
of the CSU to prohibit discrimination against bargaining unit employees on the basis of race,
color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, medical
condition, pregnancy, age, physical or mental disability, or veteran's status as defined
under the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA). Any allegations by
employees that they have been the victims of such discrimination shall be adjudicated solely
under the grievance procedure provided in Executive Order 928. |
