For the life of the 2004-2007 successor collective bargaining agreement,
the parties agree to form a joint CSU-IUOE committee on Unit 10 Assignment/
Reassignment issues. The Committee shall be composed of up to three appointees
each by both CSU and IUOE.
Purpose
The purpose of the joint CSU-IUOE Assignment/Reassignment committee shall
be to analyze and make recommendations on the University’s current
practices of assigning higher level classification work to bargaining
unit employees.
The committee shall meet once per semester, unless the parties mutually
agree otherwise. Should the parties agree that the issues raised by this
committee have been properly addressed, they may agree to disband this
committee at any time.
