NON-DISCRIMINATION


8.1

It is the policy of the CSU to prohibit discrimination against bargaining unit employees on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual preference, marital status, pregnancy, age, disability, or covered veteran's status. This shall not be subject to Article 9, Grievance Procedure. Allegations of discrimination by bargaining unit employees shall be subject to the complaint resolution procedure provided in CSU Executive Order 675.
