To assist partners and the students they have nominated to apply for this program for Fall 2013, please refer to the documents below.

  • CSU Campus Selection Guidelines
    This document will assist students and partners with identifying and selecting campuses which offer subject areas of interest.
  • CSU Course Numbering System
    This document will help students, exchange coordinators and advisors understand the course numbering system at the CSU campuses.

Brief course descriptions are available on all campus websites. Note that course syllabi or detailed course outlines are not usually available on the campus websites but are made available on the first day of class.

The CSU Systemwide Exchange Application must be sent directly from the partner university to the Office of International Programs by the deadline dates shown below.

Deadline Date Campuses
February 15 Los Angeles, Long Beach. Note that our office must have original and complete applications by February 15 or applications cannot be considered.
March 1 All campuses: Bakersfield, Channel Islands, Chico, Dominguez Hills, East Bay, Fresno, Fullerton, Humboldt, Monterey Bay, Northridge, Pomona, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San José, San Luis Obispo, San Marcos, Sonoma and Stanislaus.

Note: Bakersfield, East Bay, Los Angeles, Pomona, San Bernardino and San Luis Obispo are quarter system campuses.

Applications are reviewed and processed by each campus within three months after the application deadline date has passed. Students with questions about the status of their application should contact their exchange coordinators.
