General Information

  • An SBSI is a base salary increase and is subject to performance and service requirements and the service maximum on the CSU Salary Schedule.

  • SBSIs are processed monthly by the SCO.

  • The SBSI must be authorized or denied in writing.

  • Campuses are responsible for processing SBSI denials, as appropriate. If an SBSI-eligible employee is denied the SBSI, only the SBSI denial transaction should be posted.
