• Publishing CSU employee data and reports.
• Conducting statistical analyses for special projects.
• Designing surveys, collecting responses, and analyzing results for HR projects.
• Responding to ad-hoc data analysis requests.
• Managing IT projects or web-based initiatives such as CSU Careers.
