Definitions - CSU Salary Schedule

Collective Bargaining Identifier (CBID)

The CBID identifies the HEERA designation/collective bargaining unit the class has been assigned to. The class code determines the CBID, which identifies represented and non-represented classes for salary purposes. For policies and programs on represented employees, please refer to the appropriate Collective Bargaining  Agreement.
