General Information

  • A PBSI may be granted as recognition for employees' contributions at work.


  • PBSIs are in the form of a base salary increase and/or in the form of a one-time bonus for employees who have reached the maximum rate of the salary range of the classification.


  • In years where systemwide PBSI funds are allocated, PBSIs are retroactive to July 1 of the fiscal year.


  • PBSIs from campus funds can be awarded at any time.
