General Information
-
Temporary Stipends may be granted between 3% and 10% of the employee's base monthly
salary rate. Assignments are to be made in writing and must have a specific beginning and
ending date. The following applies to the awarding of a stipend:

An employee who temporarily assumes project coordination or lead work duties is
to receive a month-to-month stipend, not to exceed 10% of the employee's base monthly
(full-time) salary rate.

Assigned for a limited period of time, additional work or special projects over and above regular assigned duties.

Employee is required to maintain contact with their campus outside of their normal working hours on a regular basis. Remote contact includes telephone, pager, cell phone, wireless data access device, remote monitoring of any hardware or software device, and/or e-mail notification regarding the status of a campus system.
