Data Research & Analysis
The Data Research & Analysis unit has responsibilities in a number of areas:
- Publishing CSU employee data and reports; responding to national surveys such as IPEDS-HR and AAUP Faculty Compensation Survey.
- Responding to ad-hoc data requests.
- Conducting statistical analyses for special projects.
- Serving on Committees requiring and/or impacting HR data and analysis.
- Managing IT or web-based initiatives such as CSU Careers.
- Overseeing loan forgiveness database for the California Doctoral
Incentive Program (CDIP).
