The Academic Human Resources (AHR) department of the Office of the Chancellor has systemwide responsibility for policies and programs related to faculty employment, including faculty recruitment, salary programs, and systemwide faculty data collection and analysis.
Another key responsibility of
AHR is to provide expert advice and information on systemwide faculty HR issues. AHR also participates in
providing Academic Professional Development programs and provides support in relation to the faculty
Collective Bargaining Agreement. AHR provides ongoing communication to campus and external constituents.
In accordance with the roles and responsibilities of the department, several reports and documents are
available related to CSU faculty. These reports contain information on faculty recruitment, retirements, salaries, demographics and much more. Additional documents are provided in regard to faculty policies and
programs, and guidelines are provided for faculty salary programs.
