ANDREA M. GUNN

Profile:

Andrea M. Gunn joined the Office of General Counsel as Litigation Counsel in August 2005. Previously, Ms. Gunn was a National Association for Public Interest Law Fellow and Staff Litigation Attorney with the Texas Civil Rights Project, where she specialized in Title IX (gender equity in athletics) and civil rights/civil liberties issues. She then joined Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Sacramento, where she specialized in employment litigation and counseling. Ms. Gunn assumed responsibility as campus counsel to the East Bay and Pomona campuses in June 2009 and is a member of the OGC Business and Finance Team. She is also the OGC specialist for CEQA matters.
