Donald A. Newman joined the Office of General Counsel in July 1995. Previously, he was in private practice for sixteen years. Donald is University Counsel to California State University, Fresno. He is the Team Leader of the Human Resources Team. Donald is also resource attorney on Collective Bargaining and PERB.
