MARC D. MOOTCHNIK

Profile:

Marc D. Mootchnik joined the Office of General Counsel in April 2001 after practicing law for eleven years with Riordan & McKinzie, Rintala, Smoot, Jaenicke & Rees, and Collins & Bellenghi. Mr. Mootchnik has responsibilities for the California State University, San Marcos and the California Martime Academy campuses. He is a member of the Human Resources Team in the OGC. Mr. Mootchnik is the OGC resource attorney on Fair Labor Standards Act issues.
