DENAH H. HOARD

Profile:

Denah H. Hoard joined the Office of General Counsel in August 2007, after nine years with the City of Santa Ana City Attorney’s Office specializing in civil rights, employment and eminent domain litigation. From 1999 to 2001, Ms. Hoard was assigned as the Legal Advisor to the Santa Ana Police Department. Previously, she spent several years as a litigation associate with the law firm of Lynberg & Watkins representing public entities and civil rights and tort actions. Ms. Hoard is a member of the Litigation Team.
