Category IV Graduation Application Late Fee – Executive Order 1026

Attached is a copy of Executive Order 1026, which authorizes California State University, Bakersfield to establish a category IV Graduation Application Late fee. 

In accordance with policy of the California State University, the campus president has responsibility for implementing executive orders where applicable and for maintaining the campus repository and index for all executive orders.

Title:

Category IV Graduation Application Late Fee; California State University, Bakersfield

This executive order is issued under the authority granted by Education Code Sections 89035 and 89700, Standing Orders of the Board of Trustees, Section II (i), and Board of Trustees’ Resolution RFIN 03-04-00, and consonant with Executive Order Number 740. Effective November 26, 2007, California State University, Bakersfield is authorized to establish a category IV Graduation Application Late Fee at a fee rate of $15.  The fee will pay for the administrative costs associated with processing graduation applications that are filed after the deadline.    In accordance with Section 89724(l), revenue collected all higher education fees should be deposited in a local trust account unless otherwise specified.
