Attached is a copy of Executive Order No. 1020, which authorizes California State University, Sacramento to establish miscellaneous course fees for Art 134 and 162 and Biology 150, a Graduate Level Masters Certificate fee, and a Learning Disability Testing fee. The Student Professional Liability Insurance fee has already been approved by E.O. 986. You can establish the Test of Essential Academics for Nursing as a “Special Examination Fee”, the Lost or Damaged Tablet PC fee as an “Item Lost or Broken Fee,” and the Psychological Counseling Services Cancellation fee as a “Failure to Meet Administratively Required Appointment or Time Limit Fee,” all of which were previously approved for systemwide use. In accordance with policy of the California State University, the campus president has responsibility for implementing executive orders where applicable and for maintaining the campus repository and index for all executive orders.
